突然发觉自己很不习惯一个人了今天回家很累瘫在床上突然很伤心的哭了起来拨一个熟悉的号码被问是不是哭了还假装没事只是感冒呵呵大概觉得会被某人笑吧不知道什么时候开始就一直会哭妈妈说我小时侯很乖的别的小朋友在那闹我一向只会乖乖睡觉觉没想到大了大了泪腺倒一起跟着长大了每次哭都是大哭而且一定要人哄才能停今天大概太累了哭着哭着竟然睡着了

今天和在US的好姐妹JOY聊天说了很多我也想了很多她说我太依赖他了所以才会在一个人的时候如此无措要有自己的生活要知道自己要的幸福是什么

今天搭公车去学校虽然十点才有课但5个钟头的睡眠大概还是满足不了贪婪的我在公车上站着就迷迷糊糊起来了哎不能睡啊不然来个急刹车我不就狗吃屎拉不要我强打精神!!~~ 前面坐着一男一女他们是隔着走廊坐的不知道是什么原因我竟注意起了他们呵呵大概我天生对这方面赶兴趣( 脑中浮想联翩中 CUT~) 男的拿出MP3 给那女升好象是要让她听女生听了笑了说你怎么知道我喜欢的啊男生鬼鬼的笑了下牵了下女生的手哦! 我没猜错他们是情侣....呵呵这时男生拿出皮夹打开我看到有两张照片他对女生说我贴了要一直看见!!!因为我站在他们后面所以看不清楚他们长什么样但照片上看女生满细气的...我不知道当时女生什么表情但相信应该红了脸并且很幸福的笑了我判断他们是刚谈恋爱老夫老妻不可能有此等可爱至少我没有 5555羡慕啊男生推了推女生我要喝水女生顿了顿拿出了自己包里的水递给男生男生说我喝拉女生点了点头我注意到男生仰头喝水时脸上充满笑意好可爱的两个人他们让我本来糟糕的心情好了好多突然好想那时侯那种超PURE的感觉现在想来自己习惯了太多事也抹杀了好多事好想再有那种幸福不要奢华不要别的要对某人说我的LOVING STORY中好象少了些些的浪漫我仍旧在寻找幸福

拿到大学OFFER的时候我对每个人说我是大学生了害的张同学整天拍着我的头说 "行了别没完没了的了知道你是大学生了" 我会不无自豪的回赠句闪边, 小高中生.. 随后就是被丢毛栗子555555 我就是生活在张同学的魔爪中的亲们同情我下!!!!

这个礼拜我正式上课拉恩真正的大学生了可之前大学的憧憬在这一个礼拜中就没影了飞了!!!不是一般的累虽然我一礼拜才三天有课可就这星期的4节LECTURE就把我绿豆芽的身体压蔫了累啊真的累啊之前听人说这UQ上着辛苦看来不是没道理的老师上课就按着POWER POINT的说听着轻松可咋就2小时就上了2个CHAPTER呢从BOOK SHOP搬回了本本象大字典的书我的妈啊那是人做的事吗我就算不吃不喝也看不完这些啊啊...我的大学开始拉看来三年我又要有多少的不眠夜了我的黑眼圈就算敷再多面膜都么用了 PS: 我咋每次敷面膜皮肤都好痛娘的难不成老了老了 20年的好皮肤就毁了

恩现在要说下自己的目标

第一次不在家过春节, 说句没良心的话, 开始那个期待啊....可真过了觉得还不如和爸妈在家看春节晚会呢!! 一直觉得自己很幸运在爸妈的保护下从没受过什么伤. 可我大了慢慢的很多事都不愿说不能说, 反而常常难受到一个人在黑暗中哭泣. 我知道不可能完美可至少不要给我完美的假象生活在欺骗中的人很可悲可我连是否被欺骗都不知道那这算什么....原来我真的不了解很多事

现在BLOG盛行...本觉得自己没这个水平凑这个热闹可偶尔查到以前为BUSINESS 课准备的BLOG, 就废物利用随便写些什么吧

WEEK ONE

This is the business management first lesson, I feel a little curious and excited, because I haven't learned this subject before. Haha, I will be harder, harder and harder. What will I learn in the BM lesson? I don't know, but try my best1!

What is business?

Business is about making a profit through the creation of a benefit for others.

To create a profit requires that outputs exceed inputs.

Non-profit making businesses and government businesses should ensure that their outputs exceed their inputs.

Yes, i felt a little tired,because i have never study one subject contiune three hours......business,a new and fresh subjet,i dont't know what we will learn next week. But ....i should improve my english ability, i felt hard to know the meaning what the teacher said.

week two

This is the second week for me to study in UQ, i felt a little tired....but study is a work,i needn't to say this. please hear it like a joke!!!

1:30 pm we began to have the BM class. David had a good mood, i thought we would have a perfect class class today.

Maybe my english ability is poor, sometimes i feel hard to understandstand the meaning of teacher said, but i always can guess the main content...yep, i am clever girl.

i think i can understand age deeply.

Yes, i want to work in sales and marketing department, i think this job have a lot of challenges. But it is the first time for me to have the inteview experience, i don't know what i will face to in the interview, what questions the interviewer will ask me....i think a lot! ha, so nervous....

Befor the interview ,i prepared a lot....buy the cloths, think which position suit me, check every question in the myfy website.....anyway,the day is coming,i hope it is a good day.

After the lunch, we went to the toilt to change our normal cloths into formal clothes.Haha, it is so strange ,i have not try this kind of cloths before.(Really, i dislike this formal cloths,it is like an office lady not me)

2:30pm the interview began

i am the the second people in group 5, so i haven't enough time to know the environment better. Our group's first person was ending, it ordered to me.....nervous....,firstly, called my name, secondly, went into the classroom, thirdly, waited for 10 second. then, i sit in my interview seat.....two interviewer asked me about five question. It is not very hard, so i thought i answered it .....OK. Maybe this interview is only a imitation, maybe one year or shorter time, i will have formal interview, to find the job, to join some very important exam.....

waiting for the information!!! can i get the job in UGR....

these two weeks, we all waiting for the message,can i get the job...because it is the first time for me to find the job, i have no experience before. i don't know if the staff in UGR would receive my request, did i do well in the interview, can i become a staff in the department of marketing.....i have a lot of question, but now i only can do...waiting!

result is out

haha i am so happy....because i am successful, i become the staff of the marketing department. although i only the staff, i also very happy! i think if we want to do something better, we should do it one step by step, if i can do the staff better and express myself very well for everybody, i think i will do better in the role of manager. staff is only the experience for a job, i will study other people's advantages, and try my best to do it.

marketing department is a challenge for me, because this job combine a lot of skills, i think i should improve my skills: communication(with my parteners, customers, boss), leading skills, language skills and so on. now i have not meet my parteners and the manager, and also have not have the class about the job and have not know the marketing department's work clearly. so i only can say something about my own idea about this job. marketing is an important department in our company, we should think ideas and tyr our best to make people believe our production is good for them. so communication is very important for us. firstly i should tell the manager my idea, and discuss with other staff, then according the condition to do work...haha, i don't know what i said, i will say more after the class and the meeting in my department.

week.....the first class, content about E-magazine

this is the first class after we know our positions in E-magazine. we all fell a little exciting. David and CEO introduct something about the E-magazine simply, then we divided seven departments to have the first meeting. my friend kiki and i are all the staff of this department, fell lucky. we all sit around the table, then i began to know some new partners. we will work after this, i hope we can cooperate well, because i think if we want to succeed , the cooperation spirt is important for us. our manager is a boy from qingdao, it is a very beautiful city, and the sea food is delicious....oh, sorry, i will be back to my topic. because it is the first meeting, so the work not very hard, we only discuss how can we finish our work, and say something about our ideas what do i think can merchandise our production. i think we should use some media and adventising to make people know there have a very good production. i think this is the first step, we only can make people know it, then we can do a lot to improve.

this is the first meeting, so only do some primary thing, maybe next class, we will have a lot of work to do, haha, also waiting.

but there are another thing i want to say is this Thursday we will have some business staff come to our school to visit and meeting, so we should prepare some food to welcome them. our group are all from China, so our job is prepared three chinese dishes. oh my god it's hard for me, i can't cook anything. hehe, but who am i. i think i can do it with cinna.

.........the day is coming, i also don't know what we will cook. forget what i said, i am the idiot of cooking. at last, we only can buy the food from chinese restraunt. :( i don't want to say more.

Trade Fair

this Saturday, we become the customer of the trade fair, so in the early of the morning ,we wore the formal dress to catch to the place where take place the trade fair. when we arrived there, we saw a lot of July students became the working people in the trade fair, so we felt happy that we could become the customers. firstly, we went into the auditorium to listen to a lecture. through the speaking, we knew some successful people's experience, they all have a good idea to help them to get more profit. a small bikini can get such moe profit, it is influence me a lot. then i felt an hour gone very quickly. then we had a small rest. but at that time we got some paper, then through my friends, i knew this paper we can see them like the cash. we could use them to buy some production( it is not true, but it is also a very useful activity). i with my friends went into the room, we saw a lot of people in there. they all had their own front desk, and in these desks, we could see a lot of production, for instance, cars, stationary, bags, pictures..... we all don't what we can buy, because we don't how to choose them, they all very beautiful. a working people gave me a small paper bag, in this , i saw some sugars and some material about his production. i thought it is very good. through this, we can get the sugar( we all like sugars), and also can kanow more about this prouction. they used this to attract us to buy their production. it is very useful i think. because after this ,i bought his production....

so through this trade fair, i learned a lot.....how to get good idea: of you have good idea, how to try your best to get more profit; how to become the winner in the competition; how to attract people's forces....in a word, it is a very effective activity.

BM lesson....i forget this is which week

this is today's first lesson, so i have the energy to listen the class carefully.today's teacher is Malgosia. taday's topic is the structure of company.

week ......(maybe the week 8)

this week our teacher ask us a question:"how to increase people in UGR's motive." we answered a lot. change the environment in the office; increase the people's skills:marketing.... then we chose the department which we can develop us a lot. i chose the "increase the environment " department. i thought i am a girl , so i can do well in this department.

firstly, we had a discuss....our leader ask us which measures can increase the environment, i said music. right, music. i think if people can work in the atmosphere of music, they will increase their working passion and also can do better in their work. classical music or pop music are all very good choice.

then we discuss a lot, for example, screen's colour....green! yes, i think it is good for my eyes and i like green very much. then we can take some picture in the office, when the staff see them, they will fell well and comfortable, and also will try their best to increase their working passion and increase the efficiency.

Right, i think our department is very important, because if don't have us, our UGR will become boring...everybody will fell tired easily,and also can't finish the work very well.so our objects are:music(choose people's like,maybe pop,or some classical); poster(make people fell fresh and comfortable); and my job is name batterns, let people know which posion and who are their pattners. so next week we will begai our work.

last week in UGR this semester

this is the last week we worked in UGR this semester, so we all want to do today's job well, and have the best ending in this semester.... today my job is to make the name patterns. firstlt, i think it is an easy job. i got some paper and the name sheet to do it, and i believe my drawing ability so don't want to use computer. then i wrote the first name on the paper, gave it to my manager to see it, but he said" can u write it beautifully...' oh my god. i felt my heart was hitted, it means my drawing is ugly! no, i can't believe it. then our leader draw it for me.... i must so that he is much better than me. so i gave up write name by my hands, i went to the 7.2 to use the computer.....half hour ago, i finished my job by computer.

something abot this semester and journal....only my feeling

this semester, the BM class is a new thing for me. i have never had this kind of class before. after having this class i felt it is hard and interesting. because there are some theroy are hard to understand and also it is very interesting. through this class i have learned a lot, something i have never got from the book. in this clss, i have the first time to work on a company-UGR. it is our's company. through this i know how to communicate with other people, how to unit with other people, how to tyr my best to get customers' hearts. if i am a business person, how can i get the most profit. i think it is very useful for us. it is the experience for me, i think if we have the experience like this, it is important for our future's work. it is the good time to let us know ourselves well.

then is about my journal, before i do it, i think it is a boring thing. but when i do it, i think it is very useful. through his we can see our growth in UGR, and also t is the good time for us to improve our english ability.every week, we wrote it, we can know that we have learned a lot through this class. it is the own diary for me, and also it is an enjoy thing for everybody.

new semester

FIRST WEEK

i came back on 24th July, so i have lost one week work in business class, disappointment..... so next week, i will work hard, and i look forward to work in UGR.

WEEK TWO

I begin to work in UGR,this week is a preparation week. because it is a new semester, we may think about what we should do in this semester, and we should decided our objects, i think it is good for us to get the high result. today(BM 2, every Thursday), my duty is to make every manager and assitant's name card, it will help everyone to know the department and officers clearly. through this, i found that the work in UGR are various, we should have a lot of skills. i think i am stupid in computer, so i should try my best to increase this skill. because a lot of work we should use computer in UGR. so today i try to use computer to make the cards. although it cost me a lot of time, i found that if i want to do that, i also will do it better.

i think the environment of UGR is very important for us to improve our working passion . because if the environment of office are always the same. the officers will feel boring, so our duities are improve the UGR's environment. we think about it so long time, how to change the environment, and how to make people feel comfortable. so we think music is the best way. we can find different kinds of music, to make everyone feel relax. if people feel relax, they will spend more time and attention on he work. the important point is it can increase the profit, so it is good for UGR.

WEEK THREE

this Tuesday, in our BM lecture, we saw a video, it is a humor film, and the story is about a restaurant, and all surround the manager and his customers. through the film we can know some ways about how to become a good manager and some knowledge about management. we should have patience to every customers. and think more ways to satisfy customers' requirment. and if we can't satisfy customers' requirnebts, we also should think some scientific ways to refuse them.

and in UGR, we begin our formal work.

today we get ready to the music, it is the chinese music. because inUGR, there are a lot of people come from China, so we thought, if they hear the chinese music, they will feel relax, and enjoy the music also enjoy the work. and today in this class, i found some information about UGR last two years, and also found something about the E-magazine. i found some content about the E-magazine, for example,about Beijing. it introduces the great wall , former imperial palace.....they all very interesting. i think if people buy our magazine, they will know a lot about other countries, and if u like travel, it also a good leading magazine for u. and this magazine also introduce something about the fashion and sports. i think these two sides will attract them. in fashion side, it introduces some new brand, and some of them are very beautiful and will suit for young people's taste. and in sports side, E-magazine pay more time to concern some big events, for instance, World Cup. i think these contents will make people to become E-magazine's customers.

week four

today i work in the department of public relatioship. so the communication with customers are our important work. and i and my parteners all have no experience about this side. firstly, our manager require us to think about how to call our customers, it is an easy question? who can't call other people, every day we have a lot of time to call our friends or parents. but if we want to call our customers, there are a lot of points we should to pay attention. because if we can use telephone to introduce our products, it will improve our profit. it is good for our UGR and E-magazine. so we should pay more attention on the skills of calling. we have a small meeting to discuss this. how to begin? 'hello, thisUGR.' should we introduce ourself....'i am the staff of UGR, my name is ...'it is too long, it will make people feel boring. should we say UGR is universal global resouce.yes i think, because not all the people know what UGR stanf for. we should introduce our products to customers, but we can't say our products so long time, it will make people fell terrible. and lose the interesting about our products. of course, we should tell them our website. and i think website is very important. some content we can't tell the customers detailed. through this small meeting, we found there are a lot of skills in calling, it is not the easy thing. it also need the patience and good attitude.

patience: i think in the department of public relationship,this is the most important. if customer ask us question, we need patience to answer these and try our best to solve. if we have no patience , and do these things perfunctorily, we will lose these customers,and at last we will decrease UGR's profit.

Week five

Last week our department has a small meeting about how to call our customers. We think about this question, and found it is not an easy question. So today, we have the trading, about how to improve our calling skills. There are about 15 people to be traded today, because I am the member of PR, so I have the chance to be traded. Firstly, we said something about our own opinion. Teacher affirmed our opinions, then he said something for us to improve our skills. It includes how to express our opinion rightly; how to use the shortest sentence to tell the customers our products; some important skills: we should kind and try our best to solve customers' requirements. And there was a very important point we should to be paid attention, it was we should finish the call later than the customer...and just the trading is not enough, because we need some experience to touch it. Calling customers are not like calling friends or parents, we have no experience , so we all felt nervous. We don't know what we will meet in the call, if customers said something we can't answer, how we can do? Although we came Australia more than half years, we also have no enough confidence about our English, calling customers is the direct way to speak to people....but I can't lose confidence, I will try!!!

I think calling is a good way for us to communicate to our customers, and our department-PR is also a very important link between us and customers. Next week, we will begin to do this.

Week Six

Oh,today, it was the first time for me to try calling customers,nervous!!! After the small meeting and trading, I think I have the ability to do this thing, so I will do it best. Firstly, I and my partners do some own exercises, then we got the information about our customers. Wu...so many, I was the first to do it, so it also a big challenge for me. 07####, it can't put through.. Disappointed!!! I tried again. Dududu!!'our working time is from, if u have message please leave it after the voice BI’. Oh, my god, my first experience only can say with the telephone, not person. ‘ hello, this is UGR, universal global resource...’. although it didn't speak to people, I have no preparation to leave message. So when I leave message, I also stopped some seconds, it was not an easy thing!!!! Then my partner began to her first calling, she was a lucky girl, the telephone...bingo!!!! 'good afternoon, this UGR... if you have any questions, u can check it on our website, thank u, bye." She finished her calling, we all felt there was something wrong with her calling, but we can't say where it was. David found it also, 'u needs to communicate with your customers, not just u introduce your products. U need some stop to hear the customers' opinions. They are very important." Yup, it was strange place, we all think communication is very important, so through this, we will pay attention on them and do our best.

Then I began my second calling,#####, dududu" hello, this is ...Practices, can I help u?” “ hello, this is UGR...” I think this time, I can communicated with this customer better than before, and also can expressed the meaning I want to say. And the customers said they are interested in our products, and also left UGR's website and fax number. I was so happy, it meant I have beat the challenge. After this calling, I had the confidence to continue this thing. And our department also improves our department's ability.

Week Seven

Today, the department of sales and marketing continues our job of calling, I with some partners went to the computer lab to design the letter. These letters will post to the customers’ addresses, and from these letters the customers can know more information about us, so these letters for us are important. Firstly, we check the E- magazine’s content, and through this we decided our letter should include three sides: fashion, sport, travel, but our goal was wanted customers finish reading this they will be interested in our E-magazine.

There were a lot of content about fashion, sport and travel. How to choose???? It was a big problem. We discussed with the manager of sales and marketing , we thought these three samples should be the symbols. At last, we decided to use new brand from Japan, World Cup and Trip to Beijing to represent the three sides. Because we wanted to attract different people, maybe young people will like know the fashion news; men will like to know information about sports, especially like World Cup, some big events; Asia and China always is the mystical place for a lot of people, so the capital Of China -Beijing will attract these people. So these decisions we all spend some time to think about them.

Then we began to design the letter, we wanted to make them beautiful and clearly. And it can attract people to finish reading it. How to put the pictures in the page; what is the size of word; how to make sentence complete…. So many problems we need to think about them. And I found I should improve my computer skills, for computers, I think I have long distance away from my parteners.

Week eight

these classes, our department always corporate with the department of sales and marketing.i think these two departments have some relationship. sales and marketing department is duty to sale the products to customers, and if we want to increase the communication with customers, our department is the important link for customers. we can tell customers what they want to know, and try our best to satisfy their requirment. so these two departments can help each other. we have a lot of chance to corporate. we always have some meeting with that department, so we can touch different thing, it is good for us.

today we have to put so many letters into envelopes. it should be careful, because if we have no patience to do this, we may do something wrong on these, then the customers can not receive the letters what we want to post. it may lead some problems, we can't lose any customers, because i think it is the sprit of business. and speed is also a very important thing for us, so we separate our works, three people's works are write the envelopes, and my duty is put letters into envelopes. the letters are done by us, we know we fill our efforts on them, so i think when u finish one thing, u will feel large satisfacton.

week nine

today' s class, everyone bring their own food to class, at first we don't know, why we need bring food here, it UGR, it is our company, it is the place for work. then David separated us into eight groups. my friends and I were separated the different groups...a little bit disappointed!!!then i went to my group, at first, we all felt a little shy, bcause we all from different departments, different countries. then we introdued us to the other people, i think it is good for us to know each other. when we know each other's names, we began to go into our topic- share food and say a leader who can have relationship with this food.

i introduced the leader is Deng Xiaoping, he is a powerful leader in China, he opens the door of china, make world know the new China, and develop the economy, make china have large change. and the food i choose is candy, because candy are colourful. it means china also is colourful, it different from before, every place filled with the energy and power.

through this practise, we can communicate with others well, and it is good for us to be better to corporate. because in UGR, corporation is very important, and every lead has their advantages, but the sprit of leads are the same. it also can use in UGR.

week ten

this week is the last wee before the mid-semester break, so our jobs have a little bit relax. so i just to say something about the cooperation.

my department- public relation, i think we need the cooperation very much. because we need to communicate with other people.if we don't cooperate with our parteners, we can't do good in our jobs. i think, in our BM class, we can improve our this ability. for example, last week, in our BM lecture. we need to coorperate to do a building.it should beautiful, strength, and highest. our group have five people. we should beat a lot of difficulities to do this. at first, we all have a little shy, so the speed of work is so slow. but some minutes ago, we say our opinions, and decided which project we should to take. i think we have a good leader, he gave us different work, then it can halp us to increase our speed. althrough we met some difficulties, for example,it was hard to link all the material, if we make them higher, we can't ensure them firm. so it was difficulty to reach the three objectives. we use a lot adhesive tape to paste them, and did a firm bottom. so in this limited time, we finish it. althrough we were not the top, we also thought that it was a meaning thing for us. through this, we know the spirit of cooperation for us is important.

week eleven

after the ten days semester break, we come back toIES, this is the last 6 week in here. so i think i will do the best in this 6 week. this week we continue to work on UGR, we only have two weeks to work here,althrough the time in UGR is short, we also learn a lot of things. COOPERATION SPIRIT, BEHAVE , PATIENCE, COMMUNICATION.... today, our department continue to call oue customers, we wanted to use the last time to help UGR to increase the profit. we all treasure these opportunities, i thought of the first time i call our customers, that time, i was shy, and always be afraid to do this, but now i can do this better than before. this is an advance for me. i think, later, when i meet the thing like this, i will have the courage to do the thing.

at last, i want to say, thanks my partners, u all help me a lot, it is the good experience for me, and i am lucky to go into the department of public relationship.

week twelve

this is the last week we work in UGR.

our department have a meeting about summary our work and prepare for the presentation. our topic is team work, i think it is suit for us. because of coorporation spirit in our department, we can do well in UGR.
